Do you Commercial printing?
Yes, we do digital and commercial printing in the U.S. For Digital Printing minimum of 100 pcs and for Commercial minimum of 500pc per order.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes, we will deliver your prints right to your door. Shipping fees apply. For digital files, we deliver your files via email or Wetransfer downloadable files or any online transferring files outlet.
What do I need to start a design project with you?
We will need the logo or personal information you want to display, your content, any images, colors, and the media you want to use to promote your marketing material. Example: for printing (4x6, 5x7, Brochure, etc.) For digital: social media posts, website banners, etc.
Do you do Websites?
At this point, we are only doing simple informational (5 pages) websites. We can also provide you with a choice of domain and web hosting providers that is affordable and reliable.
I need social media management, can you assist me?
Yes!, we will be very happy to be your social manager. This, of course, will be accompanied by a detailed agreement of services catering to your business needs.
Can I cancel or modify my project after placing an order?
You may cancel or modify your project before production begins. Once work has started, cancellations may be subject to fees based on the progress made.
How do I ensure my files are properly formatted for design or printing services?
To avoid delays, ensure that your files meet our formatting guidelines:
File format: PDF, PNG, JPEG, AI, PSD
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for print projects
Color mode: CMYK for print, RGB for digital If you need assistance, our team can review your files and provide guidance.
